S__17096748The United Nations Peace-Keeping Forces Council of South East Asia (UNPKFC SEA) is pleased to
announce that we are organizing the Virtual International Conference on Global Impact &
Recovery of Covid-19 pandemic, supported by more than 20 Governmental & Non-

Global Healing”, on Sunday 21st. March 2021 from 08:00 to 09:15 GMT (15:00-16:15 Thailand).
The Global Covid-19 pandemic has caused widespread sufferings and hardships, impacted
communities in a way never imagined before with widespread socio-economic problems. This
biggest international crisis in generations has expose inequalities and discrimination, with
women, minorities, older persons and person with disabilities, among the disproportionately
affected. At the same time human rights, equalities and justice in our system has been tested,
weakened and may have been shattered.
A year into the pandemic now the outlook looks promising as Governments, multilateral
organizations and private firms have spent billions in developing the Vaccines for global
distributions. As the world’s Governmental Agencies rushed and competed into securing and
sourcing for the much needed vaccines, it imperative that this vaccines are equally available to
all nations without segregation of poor or rich countries. Respective Government too must
ensure that their immunization programs must cover people from all walks of life, irrespective
of nationality, race, faith, creed, wealth status, or profession.
“In building forward together, we have a unique and historic opportunity to forge a world
where every person is afforded dignity; where every society can withstand crises; where
everyone’s future is built upon a foundation of inalienable rights…” said Mr. Antonio Guterres,
Secretary General of the United Nations.
Facilitated and hosted by the Head of UNPKFC SEA Global Commanderin Chief , Amb.Datuk.Dr. Aphinita Chaicana, participants and the general public will have the rare opportunity to hear the views
and presentations on many world renown Leaders and Scholars who has been invited to
